Text messages (SMS)

We text only customers who opt in, in one of three ways:

1. Forms: by submitting a TM Trailer Sales form, such as our SMS opt-in form, and checking the text message consent box;
2. Texting us first: by sending a text message to one of our business numbers; or
3. Verbally on a phone call: when a TM Trailer Sales salesperson reads our text message disclosure and the customer agrees.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, phone and text messaging, and business software providers. They may process your information only on our behalf and only to provide services to us. This sharing does not include mobile information or text messaging opt-in data and consent, which are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, as described in the "Text messages (SMS)" section above.

We do not sell your personal information
