These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the TM Trailer Sales, Inc. ("TM Trailer Sales," "we," "us," or "our") website at tmtrailersales.com and to our text messaging program. By using our website or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.

Use of our website

• Our website is provided for general information about our trailers, equipment, parts, and services. You may use it for lawful purposes only.
• We try to keep inventory listings, specifications, pricing, and availability accurate, but information may change without notice and may contain errors. All sales are subject to confirmation and a written agreement.
• Content on the website, including text, photos, and logos, belongs to TM Trailer Sales or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the website.
• The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and to the extent allowed by law we are not liable for damages arising from its use.

Text messages (SMS)

Who we text. TM Trailer Sales, Inc. sends text messages only to customers who opt in.

We text only customers who opt in, in one of three ways:

1. Forms: by submitting a TM Trailer Sales form, such as our SMS opt-in form, and checking the text message consent box;
2. Texting us first: by sending a text message to one of our business numbers; or
3. Verbally on a phone call: when a TM Trailer Sales salesperson reads our text message disclosure and the customer agrees.

Messages are about your trailer inquiry, quotes, inventory you asked about, and pickup or delivery scheduling. Our salespeople read the verbal opt-in script word for word; it is published on our Text Messaging page.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, call us at 470-256-9269 (470-2-LOWBOY), or email jonas@lowboydealer.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
